We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breaches of these Terms or inactivity. Users who violate these Terms may be subject to further action.

8. GST and Tax Obligations
All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. As a lender, you are responsible for all applicable taxes. If you are GST-registered, it is your obligation to ensure your prices reflect the inclusion of GST. We recommend seeking professional advice regarding your tax obligations.

9. Product Listings and Content Upload
When uploading products or content to the Site, you confirm that you have the legal right to rent or sell the items and that all information provided is accurate. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with Australian copyright laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. **The Designer Hire** reserves the right to amend or remove any content that violates these Terms.

10. Cancellations
Cancellations by customers made at least 14 days before the rental period may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the rental period are non-refundable. Vendors should not cancel bookings unless extenuating circumstances arise, subject to approval by The Designer Hire. 11. Cleaning and Return of Items
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that rented items are cleaned and presented in good condition. Customers must return items via Australia Post by the end of the rental period. Late returns may incur fees based on the rental price or cancellation penalties.

12. Damage and Condition of Items
Customers are responsible for any damage incurred to items during the rental period. Vendors must ensure items are provided in good, wearable condition. Small, inconspicuous damages are acceptable. Customers must report any condition issues within 24 hours of receipt. The Designer Hire will mediate disputes on a case-by-case basis.

13. Late Fees and Penalty Charges
Late returns or damages may result in additional fees, which will not exceed the retail value of the garment. These fees will be charged to the responsible party and must be paid within 48 hours of notification. Failure to comply may result in further action.

14. Liability for Misrepresented Items
Vendors must accurately describe their products. If an item is materially different from its description, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Vendors will be responsible for refunding any payments received for misrepresented items.
