What’s Covered:
Minor Incidents: Small stains, tears, or other damage caused unintentionally during your hire period.

Coverage Limit: This protection covers repair or replacement costs up to $500 per order.

What’s Not Covered:
Loss or theft of items.
Returns lost in transit without proof of lodgement or tracking.
Non-clothing items, such as bags, jewellery, headwear, belts, or other accessories.
Damage caused intentionally or through extreme carelessness.
If major staining, irreparable tears, or other severe damage occurs, you may be liable for fees up to 120% of the item's Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Should the replacement cost exceed $500, you will only be responsible for the remaining balance above this amount.
